Wherever Rod have been, he's noted the challenges we face are all the same, however the way we approach them is determined by our culture, family background, faith and experiences.
This has led him to believe that diversity is about embracing our differences, while building a common purpose. It is through purpose that we can more easily agree a shared outcome and then embrace the uniqueness that is common amongst us all.
